PTFE-coating is new emering material. The application of PTFE-coating on hooks is a very challenging technique.
Our team successful created PTFE-coating technique for hooks in the last few years.
Now we have mastered this technology in carp hook and treble hook production. We can also customize special types of PTFE-coating hooks.
As for the hooks with PTFE-coating, it is a high quality and cost material in fishing hooks,
the hooks with PTFE-coating has advantages that others coating hooks do not have:
1)a barbs are sharper than traditional plating;
2)hooks have no lights on the surface, so that it's better for them to hide under water;
3)water-proof performance is better than other hooks;
4)this coating is environmentally friendly, heat-resistant, wear-resistant, and has a low coefficient of friction.
So the fish hook is protected by a PTFE-coating and will not rust.
